While it may be a low-impact workout, it packs a high-intensity punch that can burn tons of calories. The bungee cord adds an exciting resistance to your workout! As you harness your strength, stability, and power, you'll master the art of movement while being literally pulled up or back. Get ready to learn the ropes and elevate your fitness journey to new heights!

LEVELS

While those videos that you scroll on Instagram and TikTok make Bungee look fun and incredibly easy, you'll find as soon as you take your first class that it's not always the case. Like most new fitness classes, most don't master techniques on their first try, which is why we always require taking at least two Beginner Bungee classes with us before moving on to one of our Level 2 class offerings. If you have taken Bungee with a different organization, please contact us to let us know where before you book!

WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Our Bungees support weight ranges of 80 up to 375 pounds. If you weigh over 340 pounds, we do ask that you come in prior to your first class to get fitted privately for your harness to ensure your comfort and safety.

HARNESS

The bungee harness is never going to feel like a snuggy and is more there for your protection than it is for total comfort. We use Sling harnesses and Fly High harnesses which are known as the Gold Standard of Bungee Harnesses in our industry. We also provide extra padding for your legs and stomach area if it gets too uncomfortable.

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

Bring WATER! Bungee Fitness is quite a workout and you'll want to have water with you. We do provide bottled water for $1. We recommend wearing workout clothing such as leggings and tank tops. Crop tops for women are allowed but not always the most comfortable when showing skin as the harness can rub against.

TIMING

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first Bungee class in order to get fitted for your harness and Bungee. Once the class has started, the instructor will not be able to stop class to fit you and you will forgo your session.
